Jacob George is a multigenre photographer from Los Angeles whose work mainly focuses on the automotive/motorsport space but also works in fashion and music. Jacobs's work goes against the grain of the typical commercial style popular in automotive photography and instead takes a more experimental approach, sometimes venturing into the realm of fine art. Jacob works in multiple media, including digital and film photography, as well as collages. He is currently studying photography at Pasadena City College and serves as the president of the school's Photography Zine Club.
Jacob comes from a family of artists and automotive enthusiasts. His father John studied fine art in college and was the catalyst for his love of cars. His brother Justin is a musician and the person who encouraged his career in photography. His mother Patricia however was the one who first equipped him with a camera at a young age. She studied photography in college which inspired her to support her children's career in the arts.
Jacob has worked for and had work presented by Porsche North America, Ferrari North America, Pebble Beach Concours De Elegance, Workshop 5001, Moda Miami, Arizona Concours, Total 911 Magazine, Specialist Magazine, and more.
